My Story:

Denise   Rawlings is a native of Campbell County, growing up in the Gladys area.  She attended Rustburg High School, attended CVCC earning an Associates Degree in general education then returned to Rustburg High School as the attendance clerk.  It was during this time that she fell in love with teaching and enjoyed spending time with students with specific needs.  She went on to graduate from Longwood University with a BS in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Special Education and a minor in English.    She    began her teaching career at Rustburg Elementary for two years and has spent the    last 19 years  teaching at Rustburg High School.

Mrs. Rawlings has 3 children,    3 bonus children, and 3 fur-babies.  She enjoys spending time with her family and loves ALL things to do with the beach/mountains.
